They came and took my file cabinets OK. They were an hour late, but I had a friend who had a couple of no-shows on junk haulers, so showing up and taking everything is pretty good in my book. I understand it's hard to estimate how long other jobs will take and so time estimates may be subject to change.

Needed a lot of light but long branches removed from our backyard. Nick responded to my quote request within minutes, and he scheduled service for just a couple hours later. He worked with me on price, agreed to have his team remove the items without needing me there, and emailed me an invoice all at my request. I very much appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated that Nick and his team called/texted a few times to update me on their ETA. Great service from start to finish. Discount Junk Removal will be my first call and my first recommendation to others for work like this in the future.

Knew what to do, did it quickly and efficiently. I had a mound of rocks, dirt, and yard waste that had been sitting in my backyard for 17+ years. The former owner was lazy and selfish, and left it to rot, a real eyesore to the neighbors. I asked if Discount Junk Removal could haul it, and they did. Even came while it was snowing, no complaints. I love these guys and will definitely use them again after tearing down a rotting fence.
