Lonnie was very prompt, eager to help solve the problem. I believe I will be a life long customer because of him. I hope you as his company realizes the experience and professionalism that he has. I don?t know if all of your employees are like Lonnie but for me I will only request him.

The price was astronomical imo. Weston was professional and did a couple courtesy jobs to not tack on extra cost. I appreciate him and don?t blame him for the big price.

Jeremy Fulton was our plumber and he was great! We had a shower valve leakage and he was able to repair it in no time. Everything is working as it should now. Greatly appreciate that he was able to come one day earlier than the appt date! Great job and highly recommend!

The very old plumbing would not allow for a quick fix. They worked at it for a good deal of time and could not get it to work properly. So they put off for the day until the next day, and they came back and attacked it from a different way and fixed the problem of the clog.

Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job he showed professionalism and great respect. He took his time and showed great patience he is a great asset to your company I only wish there were more down to earth people like Jeremy. We were an after hours call and they came quick! Our toilet clogged and was over flowing and flooded our bath room. It was cleared within 40 minutes of his arrival. He was professional and friendly.

He inspected the drains in the bathroom, then checked the clean out in the back yard, used proper equipment to clear the line towards city main, found and cleared the blockage. All systems go

*Tankless Water Heaters not a drop-down option* Absolutely first-rate!!! I noticed a leak coming from my tankless water heater in my garage, and not ever having experience with these things, I called Discount Plumbing, and I was immediately greeted by a live representative…on a Friday night! Evan, their tankless water heater expert, was at my house first thing Sunday morning, and not only fixed my problem (which turned out to be an easy fix), but he also took the time to give me a thorough education on how tankless water heaters work. These guys will be my choice for Plumbing and HVAC contractors, moving forward, and I’ve already begun telling my neighbors how awesome Evan was, and this company is.

Kyle came on emergency call and had to diagnose what caused water stains on the ceiling and determine if the leak was active. He was knowledgeable and clean and after a few steps of ruling out possible sources of leakage, it turned out the stain was from a vent on the roof from recent rain. Kyle was stellar and very considerate of the home owners? plight. I appreciate his professionalism and help last night on emergency call.

I called in and Kelsey was able to find someone in my area to come to my house in 20 minutes and unplug our overflowing toilet. Anthony came in and was very kind and quickly got everything unplugged. He explained what he found and how to avoid any more issues.. I have used Discount Plumbing several times for different projects and they are always really really wonderful!

Lived in the Valley for 10 years now and have tried a handful of Plumbing outfits, none of which compare to Discount Plumbing. They’ve taken care of several Plumbing issues at our house and done an excellent job on all of them, from replacing our Water Heater to installing fixtures (toilet and sinks). Quality installs, EVERY time. We will be customers as long as they’re around!!!
