Removed one defective ceiling and replaced it, installed one in another room, however, it was determined to be defective, even though it was a new fan. Came back and took it out and put in a new one. Good price.

Jeff arrived on time. He was professional and friendly as the 1st time he came to my home. He removed the 2 existing ceiling fans and put up the new ones in a jiffy. He made sure everything worked properly. Jeff took the old fans out to the garage for me so I could take them for recycling. He was able to determine my electrical outlet wasn't working because the light switch wasn't on so he didn't have to do anything else with it. This is the 2nd time I've used Discount Service Electric and will continue to for any future jobs.

I have 2 ceiling fans that make noise on the speeds I use the most. I wanted to see if it could be fixed. Jeff determined the noises were coming from the motors so didn't try to do anything further. He suggested I purchase new fans and then he would come back to install them. He didn't waste time trying to do anything further that would only cost me more money without fixing the problem. I was just charged the minimum. I will definitely be calling them to install my new fans when they arrive.

I paid extra for the Top Guy and with that comes attention to detail. Chris was a great guy but I'm afraid that since I was to pay a premium I should get attention to detail which was definitely lacking. He was acceptable, friendly and professional. But the overall experience had a hitch in its giddy up!
