wonderful, saved me hundreds of dollars to repair Vicking double oven- excellant, cordial and friendly

Kevin did an outstanding job can't say enough I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends

Rather than coming to the house and charging a service charge, he asked a few investigating questions and informed me my refrigerator compressor should still be under warranty. I contacted LG customer service, and the compressor repair was covered by the manufacturer.

Sticker Shock, watch out! I ve never worked with an appliance company that charges a diagnostic fee separate from the work. They charge $80 to look at the appliance (which is fine) and then they add the parts and labor to it vs the standard practice of rolling the diagnosis into the labor. For this reason alone I will not do business with them again. In addition, their owner Kevin calls me to see if we can move our appointment up, I speak with him about despite the inconvenience of moving it up I d let him know. I give the guy a call back on my way home and he misses 3 calls, then calls me back in the evening (after the work was done to my home) to see what he could do for me after I left him a detailed message. He didn t listen to the message, took hours to call back, and as a result did not relay important information to his techs coming to my house. He never listened to or relayed the information and the result was his techs aggravating my neighbor because he never relayed my message to his guys. Their techs were fabulous despite all of this thank god, otherwise it would have been a totally regrettable experience. Charles

Professional and courteous . They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote to fix my dryer which I felt was fair and they quickly fixed the problem. They are now in my contact list as a go to if I ever need an appliance repaired. Highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly as well as very honest! We didn t end up needing a repair, our circuit breaker had popped and they discovered it. They reattached our dryer venting that my husband had pulled out and put the dryer back for us as well as explained some issues I was experiencing with the washer. We only needed to pay the service fee but we were happy to do that. Very nice guys! Your contact information is going in my phone! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Pro: They were prompt and resolved the issue with a substitute part. Con: A simple refrigerator that just needed a new fuse -- and one doing the repair says to the other that the condenser was seized. It was not and they were trying to take advantage to see if I would fall for a really expensive, unnecessary repair! He hadn't even put the new fuse in yet. Second, they wanted our WiFi password for their cell phone invoice process. We don't give that out!

After calling for service, Kevin and Steve came out the very next day and solved my issue with my dishwasher. I would definitely recommend them for your appliance repair needs.
