I have been trying to talk to someone from this company for over two months and no one has called me. Every time I call, I get a message that says no technician is available and that someone will return the call but that does not happen. The water softener is 10 months old. The warranty goes up to 7 years. I have a water softener that does not work and I am frustrated because no one will call me back. I paid over $1000 and I cannot get a response. I finally went online and sent them an email. A guy sent me a text that walked me thru some process to open and check inside of the unit, I sent pictures and then he quit communicating. This is nonsense.

These guys were great. I was at work when they installed the unit but my wife said they did an awesome job and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

The sales rep was very informative. Did not try to sell me a larger unit than what was necessary as others did. I was replacing a 17 year old 32,000 grain unit that when it was installed there was a family of 5 with a stay at home Mom. Now there is only 3 of us all working full time and others tried selling me 48,000 grain units. Discount Water Softeners was spot on and helpful in making sure that I only purchased what I needed. Discount Water Softeners, Inc. did a good job at installing our water softner. They were prompt to my Service Magic request and showed up in a timely manner. They weren't able to honor my coupon that I had, but they still helped me out by saving money in another way, which is appreciated.

I was thoroughly impressed with Tom's professional approach in working with me as a customer. His background in water analysis provided for a rather scientific and educated solution to my replacement needs verses just being sold a product. He is articulate, professional and extremely fair in pricing. He even went so far as to provide trouble shooting remedies over the phone prior to ever requesting we set up a service call appointment. That alone demonstrated he had my best interests in mind and was not out to make a fast buck. I will gladly recommend Discount Water Softeners to all my friends and family.

DWS Inc was quick to respond to my concerns about the failing water softner. He arrived on time and tested my water and proceeded to try to get the current water softner up and running. The softner needed new parts to get it working again. And Tom was willing to fix it. He gave me my options of what I could do. After doing my own research, Tom was right on the money. It was better for me to install a new softner than to stick with the current one. I had my new softner installed the same week. DWS Inc was punctual, courteous and very affordable. I highly recommend this company if you have water softener issues.
