Justin (Owner) did a superb job landscaping our yard He extended the beds, planted two trees, transplanted one tree, and then brought in pine straw for the beds. Great woork at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for work in your yard that you can depend on. Hondo .D., Del Webb, Riverlights, Wilmington, NC

Disappointed in the end result for the money paid
Response from Down Home Inspections, LLC
"Hello Charles. We are very sorry to hear that. I thought we had an understanding of how much bush trimming would be done for the money. I had no idea you were unhappy. Please let me know if we can come back and trim more or offer you a partial refund. Thanks."

Justin was extremely professional and accommodating. We had a few issues with the gate, but after we let Justin know about it, he came back and made the corrections. Some of the best customer service Iâ ve had from a business. For that reason I will be using this company in the future and recommend that you use them as well. Thanks Justin! Mike & Margo

Justin is a very personable young man. He kept us informed as to when he was coming or not. He understood what we wanted and delivered. He seemed to work at his leisure. Project Took around a month but it was worth it. Highly recommend!

I had to monitor the work constantly to have mistakes corrected. They never used a level. Slates were cut short. Trim is uneven. I sent pictures of what we wanted and took off work to monitor the progress. Had to stop the work 75% complete and finish myself.
Response from Down Home Inspections, LLC
"Hello, Chris. We are very sorry to have disappointed you. This fence build was a a little tricky since we had to custom make the the lattice work. We also had an employee issue that week. Sometimes these things happen and we are always eager to work through it and make it right. In the end we came to a mutually agreeable resolution."

Response from Down Home Inspections, LLC
"Hello Brenda. I am sorry that you were not satisfied enough to offer us a five star review. I would have liked to have heard why. We gave you a wealth of information and help with your lawn. We agreed to do more than what was originally agreed to for the same price. We adjusted our schedule to meet your needs. I am just not sure what the issue here was. We strive for excellence. If we are told there is an issue, we will take care of it."
