I called to have a back door opened that was stuck in the locked and closed position. I was unable to open it with deadbolt or key. It is an 8' tall framed glass door with a multi point lock. It took a while to get it open and then even longer to figure out what was wrong. Turned out to be poor installation by Pulte about 1-1/2 years ago (out of warranty). After fixing the two separate things that were wrong on the installation, the door and lock now work better than it did when brand new. I assumed I would pay an arm and a leg for the two plus hours they were here working on the door! The price was really reasonable and I could not be more pleased with their work.
