Communication before during and after service was excellent. Notified by cell, confirming, when coming and leaving. Walked home prior to start, and created client notes that will come with technicians on each cleaning. Excellent.

they didnt dust any of my wooden blinds even though I requested that they were dusted bathroom light fixtures not dusted only tops of bedroom dresser and night stands dusted not fronts or sides

During my consultation with Frances (the owner) she was very professional and detailed regarding the services that can be provided. It was very refreshing to know that Frances accompanied her staff to assist and everyone was very wonderful.
