Mr. Disney arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. I explained to him I just needed the pinecones and pine needles cleaned on the front part of the roof. He gave me a quote that was more then reasonable. The next day he sent a young man to do this job, and he did an excellent job. I would recommend Disney and Associates to all my famil and friends. They were that great!

Bob showed up when he said he would to view the drywall job up for bid. His bid was submitted back to me within 24 hours and was a professional presentation. The lead drywall man Bob brought with him was clearly a first rate drywaller/taper and stated that the 4' x 8' sheets could be brought up the 3 flights of stairs without being cut down in size first, this was good news to me as the General Contractor. Although Bob's bid was perhaps a tad high, I was also aware that Bob Disney and his crew would deliver a first-rate job, and would thus justify the tad-high bid he submitted. The homeowners could not afford Bob's bid but he did his part.

Our experience was absolutely top-notch! The men showed up bright and early and proceded to tackle our project with complete professionalism. It was a brutally hot day and that did not slow them down one bit! There were even a couple of problems with a door installation, from another company, the day before and Disney and Associates took care of them for us with no extra charge over the original bid. Our deck replacement project started with a clear concise itemized bid. The Disney work crew dislayed courtesy and knowledge in their work and kept the customer informed in matters that needed further attention during renovation stages. We were very pleased with the end result and reasonable cost. We recommend Disney and Associates for home improvement projects.

Robert Disney and Associates did an excellent job on my deck repair. I obtained three estimates and selected the middle estimate based on the site visit for the estimate. Robert Disney did a more extensive deck inspection and found additional problems. He also suggested methods to remedy problems so they would not recur. He and his crew arrived on time and did a great job replacing supports, stair risers, decking and railing. They sanded the deck and applied sealer. The deck looks like new. We are very happy with our "new" deck and recommend Disney and Associates for this type of work.

I am well pleased with the workmanship and the final product is very well done. The workmen arrived promptly, worked competently, and communicated clearly complications encountered as they worked. The contractor was very personable and and promptly responded to my questions and concerns. All this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely consider this company for other projects.

They gave us a great quote that was competitive and reasonable. When they came out they made sure everything was covered. They cleaned up and took away all of the debris. Our windows were really nice and the finishing job that they did was great. The made new frames and took care of our dry rot problem. We were really satisfied with their work and would definitely use this company again on another project.

Disney and Associates are superb! Bob Disney promptly provided an organized and accurate written estimate, and very competitive bid. The job began promptly, and the right construction specialist was there at the right time. He stayed in touch during the process keeping me informed. All his people were polite, fast, hardworking, detail oriented and knowledgeable. Bob solved a couple of my old house quirks with great creative technical work outs. They took care to keep my place clean and protect my floors. I not only would use them again, I absolutely will. I'm thoroughly pleased and gratified. What a great company!

Bob and crew have been simply wonderful to work with. The beginning project - removal and replacement of a tub/shower and finishing of sky light trim - was completed with careful attention to detail... just beautiful! Because of the unusual nature of our home - a remodeled fire station - house maintenance and remodeling projects require thoughtfulness, professional advice, and creativity; all of these attributes are amply provided.
