Woke up to water all over the floor from a failed water heater. Dispatch Property Restoration answered right away and Leith showed up quickly, got the water extracted, and set up drying equipment the same day. Fast response when we really needed it.

Had a water issue in my basement and called Dispatch. They came out quick and got right to work. Very professional and walked me threw the whole process. The equipment was setup fast and everything was dryed out properly. Would definately recommend.

I called Dispatch Property Restoration after my sink sprang a leak and flooded part of my kitchen. Leith showed up fast, extracted all the standing water, and set up equipment that had everything fully dried out over the next few days. Professional, communicative, and clearly knew what he was doing ? walked me through the whole process so I understood what was happening. Hopefully I won't need water damage help again, but if I do, I'm calling Dispatch. Highly recommend.
