Scott and his team did a job at my home, hired by an interior decorator. A few can fixtures fell out of the ceiling a few months afterward. It appears they are missing the retaining clips. It has been over 3 1/2 years and no one has shown up to fix the concern. It has been nothing but lip service from Distinct Lighting and Electrical. I paid in full and have not heard from them since then.

Scott and team are outstanding. We were referred to Distinct by our general. From meeting one Scott impressed us. And our experience extended well past the sales process to delivery. The electricians spent several hours diagnosing the issue and finally found a fried plug under my sink. In the process they fixed several minor issues and replaced screws, caps and tape. I would recommend them to anyone that wants someone that goes the extra mile.

1/2 stars were left off, because the company has not returned to fix some minor issues: Buzzing can lights and a dimmer switch left off. Maybe they are waiting for me to schedule, I am not sure, but I should not be charge additional cost, since this was part of the original request.

Matt installed a 240 outlet from the breaker box in my basement thru exterior walls into my garage. Excellent workmanship. I am overly pleased with the install.

Scott responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. The service I received from this company was excellent. I was in a pinch for time, but he managed to juggle his other work load to accommodate our schedule. He was professional but friendly. I would recommend him highly!

Not cheap but job got done.

I was happy with there work. But I felt I was over charged because It seems as I was charged twice for outlet connectors, and labor charge to come back and finish the job that I felt was already paid for.

very impressive with the quality of work. when they said guaranteed, they mean it. I had questions and ideas of some work and they promptly fixed it. I will definitely use them again

th electrician was superb, his assistant not so much- he broke the plaster around the switch area and I have to get a plasterer to repair it

If I have any other electrical problems I will definitely call Scott from Distinct Electrical Services. Scott fixed the problem and has terrific customer service. I highly recommended him to a neighbor who is posting his business information on their Homeowners Association recommended service provider list.

Matt from Distinct Electric was fantastic! Great customer service and a skilled electrician, too. He arrived right on time. Kept us well informed from troubleshooting to the completion of the work. He gave us options and fixed our problem outlet in a timely and officiant manner. When he gave us the bill, we were shocked! He could have charged us double and we still would have been happy customers. We now have a trusted electrician to call when we have electrical problems with our old home and at an affordable price. Who could ask for more?

Great communications. Concerned about cleaning up and leaving things like they found them. Not damaging stuff during work.

Scott was able to get the bid and perform the job on short notice which is what my client and I needed. He also offered options that we did not know were possible, which was amazing! The trenching they did for the new fixtures was methodical and clean, which helped meant patching was less of an issue. I would highly recommend this company.
