I hired him to replace some glass in two windows and repair another. He committed to completing the job the following day, which is why I hired him. He met me to evaluate the job on very short notice, which was nice. He explained the job to his "window guy" over the phone. His company was not able to complete the repair on that day because they had to order a part, which is understandable. Overall, the work was done well and the price was good.

Great job by Steve and his associate (sorry, his name slipped my mind. What I thought would be a simple project turned out to be a three hour sweat bath, but they plugged on! My one criticism would be that there were 8 small parts missing; that's not Steve's fault, but I wish he'd told us.

Owner Steve came out to look at the job but was unable to do the work himself which was disappointing, but he did get one of his workers Julian out the following day. Julian was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job fixing the problem. I would definitely use this vendor again if I could get Julian.
