Communication has been horrible. I've had to leave multiple messages before I get a call back. Two days before they needed to be completed I finally got a hold of them and they delayed me a week. They did call the city and make arrangements with them for the delay, but I still have to deal with angry neighbors. The installation is already a week behind schedule and may be closer to two weeks behind by the time of completion. With my experience so far, I would not recommend this contractor.

Jason was great to work with. We plan to have him back in the spring to do the rest of the job. Every part of the job from his bid to final clean-up was first rate. He and his one of his crew came out on a Sunday morning so they could get the sod down before the snow came.

Jason did a wonderful job! He was very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and flexible to work with. If I have any landscaping needs in the future, Distinctive Design irrigation will be who I call.
