Garage Building Service
I am very pleased with the both the results and the process of my garage project with DDR.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. Nate, our project manager, kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and always followed through on what they said they would do. I was very happy that we had Nate as our PM for the project. There was never a second of doubt during the process. I have had experiences with contractors in the past not communicating well and having major delays. I did not feel this way with DDR, any time something came up I was promptly informed and felt well taken care of.
We had the previous structure demolished and rebuilt from the ground up, the entire process took about 7 weeks and honestly, it would have been faster had weather not gotten in the way. I was expecting it to take way longer.
I highly recommend DDR if you want someone to build a garage quickly, with care and excellent communication!

Basement Remodeling
We worked with DDR to finish our basement which was unfinished when we purchased the house. We ended up adding about 1,300 sq ft of living space to the basement, with two legal bedrooms, which each required an egress window, and we also added a full bath downstairs. The project even started earlier than expected and ran on time and smoothly. It was extremely easy to work with them! Brandee was the main contact for our project, and she was always responsive, kept a running list of our requests and made sure to keep me updated weekly, or anytime I had a question. The project was finished on time, no issues, any minor hiccups were resolved promptly and properly. I would highly recommend working with them and will definitely call them for our next project that is within their scope! They handled all permits and inspections, and we did not have to worry about any of that.
We got several quotes before we started this project, and they were very reasonably priced, and worth every penny!

Basement Remodeling
Every step of this process was actually enjoyable. From the initial sales presentation, the framing team, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, ad final trim everyone was very pleasant to work with. They were on time, had all the materials delivered and prepositioned, worked until their assignment was done, then cleaned up the work area each day. Not sure what else anyone could ask for... very fair pricing, great service, and timely completion.
As you can see in the attached photos this basement finishing project completely transformed our home not only in function (added 1000 sq. ft.) but increased the property value (~20%).
We would highly recommend using DDR for any work you need!

We had a very good experience with this project from start to finish. Kyle and the contractors were professional, reliable, and delivered quality work that we’re happy with. The project—a complete bedroom and bathroom renovation—was finished ahead of schedule, and the end result met our expectations. Overall, the process felt well managed and organized. Kyle provided consistent, detailed updates throughout the project, which we appreciated and helped us stay informed at each stage. At times, we personally would have preferred a bit more in-person check-ins or phone calls, but that likely comes down to client preference and didn’t take away from the quality of the work or the final outcome. Overall, we’re pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend the team.

DDR was a great company to work with. The pricing was out of this world; almost half the price of other companies I had talked to. They got their work done fast with great quality. They make sure to match everything with how it is upstairs. They did all of the trim work the same as I have at the rest of my house and also did the door knobs and hinges black like I have at the rest of the house as well. Any problems or concern I had they were sure to address quickly. I liked that I got to pick out everything I wanted. I also liked that I could hire somebody else to do the flooring and painting, but that they had the option to go through their subcontractors as well.
I ultimately decided I wanted to get my shower tiled and not have a shower insert and they helped me get linked up with somebody to waterproof the shower for tiling work to be done . From signing the contract to inspections everything took less than four months.

The workers who completed different steps/projects on different days were all very hard workers. The speed was staggering. Demolition, framing, and windows were done on day one. Though estimated for four weeks, they finished in just over three. The drywall crew was incredibly efficient, and the wood finishing team did masterful work on the trim, stair rail, and stained beadboard ceiling. If you want a reliable, skilled team that delivers high-end results ahead of schedule, I highly recommend DDR!"
