Really good experience with Nate, our project manager. He was very good at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop with the timeline of our project. He was very personable and timely at responding back to us if we had and questions or concerns.
The various work crews that DDR used for our project were all very hard working, efficient and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience with them completing our project.
This is a project that we had been waiting to do for years and to see it come to fruition and be more than thrilled with our finished product makes us wish we had done it much sooner!
Big shout out to Nate and all of his work teams than enabled our project to become a reality!

We had a fantastic experience with Distinctive Design Remodeling from start to finish! The entire process was easy, professional, and exceeded our expectations.
From our first meeting with Jesse, we knew we were in good hands. He met with my wife and me, walked us through our options, helped us create the perfect design, and even worked our project into their already busy schedule.
Our project manager, Leroy, was awesome. From his first visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We experienced some weather delays that were completely outside of their control, but whenever Leroy and his team were on site, they were fast, efficient, and did excellent work.
The finished product is truly the patio of our dreams, and we’re looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends for many years to come.

Basement Remodeling
Distinctive Design Remodeling recently transformed an unfinished basement space in my home into a beautiful rec room, two bedrooms, and a code-compliant egress window. From the framing and drywall to the trim work, lighting, and electrical, the craftsmanship was excellent. The project was completed on schedule, and, to my surprise, they were even able to start about a month earlier than originally planned.
Everyone involved with the project was respectful and clearly took pride in their work. They treated my home with care and made what could have been a stressful remodeling project a genuinely positive experience.
One of the things I appreciated most was the communication. Brandee, the Operations Manager, kept me informed every step of the way with regular emails and phone calls. She provided detailed weekly schedules, let me know immediately if anything changed, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel organized and stress-free.

I am very pleased with the both the results and the process of my garage project with DDR.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. Nate, our project manager, kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and always followed through on what they said they would do. I was very happy that we had Nate as our PM for the project. There was never a second of doubt during the process. I have had experiences with contractors in the past not communicating well and having major delays. I did not feel this way with DDR, any time something came up I was promptly informed and felt well taken care of.
We had the previous structure demolished and rebuilt from the ground up, the entire process took about 7 weeks and honestly, it would have been faster had weather not gotten in the way. I was expecting it to take way longer.
I highly recommend DDR if you want someone to build a garage quickly, with care and excellent communication!

Basement Remodeling
We worked with DDR to finish our basement which was unfinished when we purchased the house. We ended up adding about 1,300 sq ft of living space to the basement, with two legal bedrooms, which each required an egress window, and we also added a full bath downstairs. The project even started earlier than expected and ran on time and smoothly. It was extremely easy to work with them! Brandee was the main contact for our project, and she was always responsive, kept a running list of our requests and made sure to keep me updated weekly, or anytime I had a question. The project was finished on time, no issues, any minor hiccups were resolved promptly and properly. I would highly recommend working with them and will definitely call them for our next project that is within their scope! They handled all permits and inspections, and we did not have to worry about any of that.
We got several quotes before we started this project, and they were very reasonably priced, and worth every penny!

Every step of this process was actually enjoyable. From the initial sales presentation, the framing team, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, ad final trim everyone was very pleasant to work with. They were on time, had all the materials delivered and prepositioned, worked until their assignment was done, then cleaned up the work area each day. Not sure what else anyone could ask for... very fair pricing, great service, and timely completion.
As you can see in the attached photos this basement finishing project completely transformed our home not only in function (added 1000 sq. ft.) but increased the property value (~20%).
We would highly recommend using DDR for any work you need!

We had a very good experience with this project from start to finish. Kyle and the contractors were professional, reliable, and delivered quality work that we’re happy with. The project—a complete bedroom and bathroom renovation—was finished ahead of schedule, and the end result met our expectations. Overall, the process felt well managed and organized. Kyle provided consistent, detailed updates throughout the project, which we appreciated and helped us stay informed at each stage. At times, we personally would have preferred a bit more in-person check-ins or phone calls, but that likely comes down to client preference and didn’t take away from the quality of the work or the final outcome. Overall, we’re pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend the team.
