They were very inexperienced and damaged an expensive wallpaper. It was a regular wallpaper install job, but they made it seem like a nightmare. They have to refund me. Above all, they were very respectful though.

From the recommended pros, Distinctive Decorating (Terry) was the only one to actually show up for the appointment. He responded to every issue (dealing w/insurance), was courteous and tidy through the whole process. Job was recently completed and well done.
