He is just starting the work. Today was about FINDING out what NEEDS to be done.

They did an exceptional job on this project and handled themselves professionally.

They were almostf four hours late with no calls why. When I called them it was because they were running behind on previous job. He finally sent someone in his place who did a lousy job.

Rick did an excellent job building a gate for our back yard. He was very courteous from the initial phone conversation through the building and installation of the gate. Rick Jr. replaced a slat of vinyl siding on my house. At first, I thought it was fine, but when I examined it later, I found it was not attached properly to the other siding. It was loose and had a dent in it. He said he could come back the next day to repair another one and paint them, but he never showed up and never called. So I canceled the last appointment. Pat C.
