We engaged Distinguished Property Care to clean a condo in Keystone for about a month while we were looking for a new full-time rental manager for the condo. We were impressed with the quality of the cleaning that was performed. DPC was able to fit us into their schedule quickly, and performed all cleanings as requested. Based on our experience, we would recommend using DPC for a variety of property care needs.

I hired this company after frustration with my previous cleaning service and am so glad I did. They have done an excellent job cleaning our short term rental (Airbnb). They go above and beyond keeping me informed of issues (needed for reviews & to repairs) and making suggestions. Their provided linens are excellent and our place has never been so clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Blake because out previous cleaning person had to leave. He stepped up to the project and did a magnificent job. He is organized, his paperwork is top of the line, its easy to get a hold of him, and he is neat and clean. He even went the extra mile and pointed out to us some issues we needed to know.
