Regards to Diverse Earthworks. Small local company. Growing taking on more commercial jobs. Tend to feel like the higher paying commercial jobs take precedence over small residential jobs. But seems like they over quote for jobs they do not want to take. Tried a second quote with the company and was quoted something like 3 times the value of a project that was smaller than the original golf green project. Owner bad mouthed other small companies when getting quotes initially, saying things like dont just got with the cheapest Mexican guy. This should have been a red flag to me to at the start, but I still chose to work with them due to being local, neighbors at the time, and helping out small businesses. But that was a wrong choice. Golf Green installation was done, and holes were not set right 05/2022. Lose, low, high, variation just not right. Came out and fixed only by 07/2022. Using cement 2nd time around. Workers working on green were all coming across as new to it and learning. Seemed like they were using my project as a learn as go situation. When done almost every employee from company came out to see and look at it. Making me the consumer again think this is one of their first go arounds at this. 05/25/2023 The golf green had a hole come out due to owner mistake (but also not enough cement held it down). However should still be covered under 1 year warranty. When reaching out to company for rework and repair. They said I was out of warranty window and now wanted to charge $150 maintenance fee for $4 worth of cement needed for the fix. Company also sticking to thinking 05/2022 was the installation and completion date, however company was not fully done with installation until 07/2022. So the 1 year warranty should not be up. When reaching out to company, get attitude in texts back and windows/ days of silence with no response. Company not wanting to rectify the situation. Lack of customer service exists. Small company getting bigger and taking commercial jobs as more importance, due to state tac dollars probably paying there and no haggling with the small residential people. Over charge for sure on the quality of work they do, and as far as customer service goes there is none as now seen in the checkup 1 year later. Do not go with this company if you are on the fence. They will blow you off for larger higher paying jobs, they will not do what is right if wrong on their end. And be careful about texting them for something that is literally 11 days after they say 1 year is up. You are dead to them after the initial job and payment. It is a family owned company of father and 2 sons. Sons employee their childhood friends as a large part of the crews. So professional landscape artists potently do exist in the company, but not all are at the same level as maybe the owner.

Tired of our natural grass backyard being unusable due to PNW rain and dog tracking in mud, we contracted Diverse Earthworks to rip out the grass and replace with artificial turf with river rock borders. It turned out amazing and so happy with the end results. Our kids and dog agree and are enjoying the new yard to its fullest. Moe and his team were pleasant to work with and had good communication through the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I have Diverse Earthworks scheduled for many projects. Moe is my general contract for my projects and he is very responsive to all my calls and concerns. Since I live in another country, it has been wonderful to be able to depend on him to get my projects done. I feel fortunate to have found Diverse EarthWorks and would highly recommend them.

I had Diverse Earthworks out for an estimate for tearing out all the weeds in my backyard and rock wall, replacing with wood chips on the wall and artificial turf on the ground. Owners Moe and Jordan Lee came out. They were great. Showed me samples and gave me ideas as to how to proceed. I decided to go with them and they completed the job in just 2 days. It looks absolutely amazing! As a matter of fact, my neighbors on either side asked for their contact information for future projects. I cannot recommend this family/business enough. Thank you!!! Hopefully this will let me post pictures.

We have replaced our front yard grass with artificial turf and these guys did a fantastic job. They were on time, very professional & also cleaned everything after the job was done. Got many compliments. Turf looks like real grass. I would totally recommend.

They did a really good work, always on time and quality was great!

I can't say enough how good they are! Jordan and his dad are excellent and I'd recommend them anybody! We've used them twice already!

They go above and beyond. If they see things that need to be they will just do it. They will inform you of what they have done and what they are going to do before hand. They are very knowledgeable and their experience is top notch.
