Our experience with Diverse Pools was very good. We were happy with the work that was completed. The pool looks great. The only issue that we had was that once the pool was completed, communication was unclear as to when and how we were able to care for the pool on our own.

Here are a few observations... First, Diverse gave us options to solve our problem, and let US choose. Second, they showed up when they said they would, and came ready to work. And they worked hard and fast. Third, at the end of each day, they cleaned up the worksite. Fourth, DIverse managed the trades on-site in a workman-like manner. There was mutual respect, probably from having worked together before. Finally, the work was very, very nice. I'd rate this contactor experience very highly.
