We had our asphalt shingle roof replaced and I was extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of the job and the professionalism in which Elvis (company owner) conducted business. I can't stress enough how Elvis kept in contact through the entire process to make sure that we were happy with the work. Unfortunately we had used other trades people in the past and they had been severely lacking in customer service but this was not the case with Diversified. Several neighbors have remarked at the quality of work and they are now in possession of business cards from Diversified Building and Development.

The work was good. The job ran long because of weather - monsoons - and unforeseen sicknesses.

The work is excellent and professional except the time frame. It took to long to finish the job. Understand the high outside temperature played a role, however, remember the 6 P's. Note: This was a carport not a garage.

I appreciated that they made the effort to get special glass to match our existing windows even though this caused a delay in starting the project. Their workmanship was excellent and the materials used were high quality. Their bill was as agreed with no sneaky add-ons. I feel like I can trust their work when I decide on any future projects.

You can't do better than D&B. Honest, truthful, knowledgeable and just all around good folks.

The over all quality work, of the professionals is good. The professionals pay attention to details, and their follow up timing is great. The professionals kept me in the loop, at all times.

The professionals reassurance and professionalism is great. The professionals always call me right back, when I have questions or need help with anything. I've never had problems with the professionals, I've recommended this company to others.
