I was in need of emergency cleaning in my home. I looked on the Next Door app, and stumbled upon Diversified Cleaning service, and the reviews were stellar. I contacted them after 5:00, and someone called my back, and scheduled their services for the next day. The arrived in time, and the services they performed were impeccable, They were two very nice people, and so very polite! Iâ  m so grateful that I met them, and I will be using there services again!! Thank Diversified Cleaning for such an awesome experience!!

I had a cleaning service for more than a year and they increased their price, but offered less. Diversified Cleaning Services cleaned my condo yesterday. I am pleased with the way they communicate and I am very pleased with the service. I plan to continue using Diversified Cleaning Services.

I hired this company for a move out clean and sanitize (had renters previously and they left a mess) and because I saw their excellent ratings. I wanted my **empty house** cleaned before bringing grandchildren in and furniture arriving. They came and surveyed to property and gave a quote which beat out all others. The plus was that they were timely and very polite. Not saying that they are not nice people becasue my brief encounter with them was good just not very good at cleaning. I knew that my size house could not have been thoroughly cleaned after the mess the renters left in 1 day but they said that could do it. Long story short . . Attention to detail insufficient, Knowing how to properly clean a house insufficient. After I went back and looked over house, I sent them pictures of many areas that did not seem to have been properly cleaned or I thought that they forgot and she did offer to come back to make it right. They came back and attempted to clean and informed us of why various areas could not be cleaned (like baseboards, stove/oven, fridge and cabinets). As we communicated after that fact, I was told that I did not communicate my deep cleaning expectations initially and that this was a **lesson learned**. But as a cleaning company, I felt that they should know what needs to be cleaned during a deep clean/sanitize, especially after doing a walk through of the property. It was also stated that if I had wanted the additional areas cleaned (oven, fridge draws removed and washed, baseboards, food removed from floor, etc.) it would have been an additional cost, which we were expecting to pay, that should have been the discussion during the consultation. I did not have them come back a 2nd time as I did not feel that would have made a difference. I am sorry but I would not be able to recommend this company at this time.

As you stated not to do floors because carpet was going to be replaced. Walls and Boarders were wiped clean and free of any and all removable stains. We honored your request and again you said you were satisfied with the services after completion of a walk through. I would appreciate if you could stop attempting to make our company look bad when we have other great supporters who would know that this is bogus and ridiculous. We do our best to accommodate the needs."

My Mother's home needed a deep cleaning and she received exactly what they agreed on. The company even came back to clear up some loose ends and that was very much appreciated by my Mother. Very nice people, on time for consultation and for work. They tried very hard to make a tough customer happy and they did. Thank you!

Damn fantastic! Friendly work hard very thorough. It s difficult for me to open up my home to strangers I ve never met-and possible criticism-made me very comfortable. This is the worst cleaning job I've ever hired simply because for $650.00 my house should have been spotless and ready for a new tenant. As it stands I have more work to do and I'm left wondering why I'm paying that much. I hired this company for a move out cleaning so we can list our home for rent. I am highly disappointed in the service I received. For the price point I would expect a flawless house, But it was far from that. Walls were still heavily soiled, urine soil was in the crevices of the toilets, soiling was around all drains. The corners of the floors were clearly swept around and not in and baseboards were not wiped down. My counter top still had a coffee spot from my coffee machine. The carpets, especially on the stairs, were not vacuumed in the corners and she stated they were shampooed... It's hard to imagine how the carpet is shampooed if the carpet still had debris on it. The vents were caked with dust. I'm sure if I walked back through that house I'd find more and more. When I spoke to the company owner she was very defensive of her cleaning even after I sent her photos. She stated the soiling on my drains needed restoration work and she's not a restoration company... my house is 2 years old, nothing needs restoration work. It just needed to be cleaned. She offered to give us a 10% discount or to come out to finish the cleaning. When we opted for her to finish the cleaning she informed us our balance would need to be paid in full before they came out... this is obviously highly suspect as we already could not trust the company to clean the house properly when we had them come out the first time. Only we have something to lose if we pay her before she finished the job. So we opted for the 10% discount which hardly seems appropriate compensation for now having to clean the house ourselves after paying so much money. Also be advised: her move out cleaning does not include the garage at all. I can see this company being good to use for everyday cleaning or periodic cleaning. But not for a move out cleaning...the attention to detail is simply not there and they are way overpriced.

This company was excellent; they called prior to coming to confirm that they were coming. They were on time and looked at the situation and made suggestions on how best to address the project as I had a lot of cluttering. They did a superior job and would highly recommend them.

Very polite, professional, and truly hard workers and the work showed in the results. I have used other cleaning services and though they were as good if not better than most, I thought they were a bit overpriced especially in comparison to the industry and their peers.
