?? SCAM ALERT ? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ?? All these 5.0 reviews are fake Do not hire this company. They took my money and then disappeared. They have no integrity and will lie and scam to get paid upfront. Before you even consider contacting them, review the complaints filed against them in Washington courts ? there are multiple cases. My experience was horrible. They were paid 50% of the contract upfront, yet never started the work. Do your due diligence ? this company cannot be trusted.

We had a foot of water in our crawl space after the snow and 6 in. of rain from the December 2021 storms. I had called several companies to come out to take a look and give quotes. Ethan from diversified was the 3rd quote we received. Ethan explained the issue, explained what they would do to remedy it, and answered all my questions. He sent me the quote which was very resonable. BE SURE TO GET SEVERAL QUOTES. ONE COMPANY QUOTED US DOUBLE OF WHAT WE PAID DIVERSIFIED. They were able to get a team out two days later. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day. I highly recommend these guys and did my research prior to having them do the work. I am very impressed and happy we chose them.

Diversified Crawl Space services helped us in our water drainage issues. Their crew was professional, on time, and well organized. They installed a crawl space drain system to take care of our wet crawl space. These guys also gave us the reasonable pricing. I would recommend Diversified to anyone looking to do water damage restoration related services over other pricey options.

I will surely recommend Diversified! I was concerned that our home had a mold issue and the related health issues it brings. Ray carried out a free inspection for us as early as he could. Then he walked me through the mold removal plan step by step. I really appreciated the knowledge that he shared with us and the overall service he offered us to do mold remediation from our house. Glad to recommend this company for attic and crawlspace mold issues.

Excellent company! These guys did a great job of installing insulation in my attic as well as the removal of old insulation. Also, the clean-up job after the job was great too. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. No issue in recommending.

Ray and Jacob came right out, quickly diagnosed my problem, and did exactly what they needed to fix it permanently. Super competent and really nice guys (Go Seahawks!). Ray also did a full inspection of my crawl space and attic for free as he knew I was planning to put the house on the market. Ray is certified for both mold and pest control and does not mind getting dirty to do a thorough inspection. I would give ten stars if I could!

Did a great job. Lowered my cost when scope of work was smaller than anticipated. I did have to take the initiative to call about establishing time for work. May have been because my job was so small. I was fitted in around other work.

I needed work done in a time crunch. Not only did he get the work done that I hired him for but he also completed items that I couldn t get anyone else to do. I am hiring them for my own home next. Would definitely recommend!

They were extremely professional, willing to work with me, and explain everything they felt should be done. Ray is clearly an expert in his field, and that showed. While inspecting my house, he identified clearly what needed done, and provided estimates and follow up. The work is in progress, but I have every expectation it will be high quality.
