Diversified Group llc is a Multi-Service Company operating in a 30 mile radius of Toledo Ohio. In an effort to specialize the divisions, we operate under three business units. We hold specialty certifications in each of the fields we service. 1)Toledo Basement Repair - www.toledobasementrepair.com - waterproofing, foundation repair, mold and radon mitigation. The prime focus and effort is to make the customer's home a healthy home. Residential and Commercial 2) Toledo Roof Repair - www.toledoroofrepair.com - Residential Chimney repair and Commercial roof repair. We have certification to work with a number of vendor products. The goal is to offer the best solutions to fit the customer's budget while still providing an excellent product. 3) Diversified Group LLC - Commercial contracting with a general focus on exterior repairs.

explained what was wrong with roof and then explained how he would fix the problem could either go with recalking the skylights which would be cheaper but not guaranteed that the leak repair would not last a long time or but by putting in the correct flashing to channel the water away. The job lasted more than 1 day and very pleased with his work and cleanup. Gave me extra shingles in case more worked needed to be done in the future on the roof somewhere.

I had at least 5 or 6 roofing companies come out and look at the job. DG is the only one that found the leak within 5 minutes and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. They saved me hundreds of dollars compared to some of the other quotes that I got. I would highly recommend.
