Hired Marco (Diversified Home Construction) to pull up some rotting floorboards in a upstairs bathroom. He repaired the floorboards, added a new flange to the pipe, added Pergo planks that I purchased to the bathroom floor, and repaired the sheet rock in the garage I pulled to see where the leak was coming from - which was the toilet. He did everything so fast and with quality in Jan 2020, it would have taken me forever. When it comes to framing, that is beyond me. I upgraded the toilet and dropped it on after Marco finished. Marco did an excellent job and a month later, everything looks great and is functioning well.

Every aspect of dealing with Marco was delightful. I had multiple small projects as well as him painting the trim on my house. Marco is very customer service oriented. He is very prompt at returning calls and he also shows up on time. I would absolutely recommend Marco to anyone looking to hire a contractor. I'll be using Marco again. :)

I am telling you straight up you will never find a better Handyman then Marco and his crew Jim and Fernando. Marco even cancelled two other projects to install a new swamp cooler since he knows how it is without AC. The price was well below what I expected to pay, the workmanship was excellent and the final product fantastic. Marco was even at my home before the appointed time and his crew was ready to go. It was a great experience and if you think customer service is dead you need to contact Marco and his crew. I just cannot rave enough Marcos professionalism and expertise.

We had a special project that had to be done in a timely manner. James to our house the day after my husband spoke with him. We had to have a door custom made. James did a great job. I would highly recommend him. We will hire him again in the future.

James has been an amazing help in repairing a leaking pipe in my foundation. What could have been a catastrophic situation was quickly assessed and resolved in a professional manner. He has been responsive and thorough in his assessment and repair, and patient in answering any questions I had. I received his name from another friend that referred him, and I am so thankful to find someone honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done efficiently and at a fair price. James was prompt and courteous. Came over to view the project on the same day we first spoke. He had the job done early the next week at a good price. He cleaned up after himself. I will hire him again.

They responded quickly to bid request and completed the job in a timely fashion. The door that was installed works smother than any of the other doors in our house. I will use Diversified again.
