Diversity Builders

The work that was done was very good but the job was not completed as promised. The moss control was never applied to the roof. When I contacted Diversity Builders, a date was given for completion. It was raining that day and no one showed. I tried calling but got no answer. Donna Friend

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unreliable. My project is still not complete almost 8 weeks past the promised deadline. The owner sub-contracted the job to someone else and did not even show up on the site until they were 3/4 into it. The man to whom he subcontracted the job was slow, lazy, and full of excuses. The site was always a huge mess and they never tidied up at the end of the day. He eventually walked off the job, demanding payment in full before job was completed, leaving me in a very difficult position. There has not been one word of communication or attempt to make it right from the owner of Diversity Builders.

I am very unhappy with Diversity Builders. Stefan did come and clean the gutters and roof, but has not returned to finish the job. He assured me that he could repair the gutters where needed, or I would have hired someone else. Unfortunately, I paid them in full, my mistake. It has been 1 1/2 months since my check cleared, yet no one has returned to complete the job. The gutters are still clogged, or leaking. Also, I was to hire Diversity Builders to do other work on my home, but after coming for an estimate, Tim Stickney, the owner, basically blew me off. I wouldn't hire this company, when other more professional companies could do the work.

I chose them because they were cheapest. After several delays and interruptions they completed the job. Our neighbor was impressed with Stephan's professionalism but I was unhappy with the several days it took to complete a five hour job. And the clean up was not very good.

They did a great job on the roof and they cleaned up everything after cleaning the roof. I was disappointed that they didn't bring the zink powder that they said they would put on the roof after the cleaning. But they did give me a roll of zink to put on the roof. Ridge. Note when I talked to them about the roof that was one concern that I had was that the roof needed to have something on the roof to help keep the moss from coming back and that is when they told me they could and would put the zink on the roof after it was cleaned.

They had to reschedule twice but were prompt about calling and flexible on times. Work was completed satisfactorily and for a reasonable price.

Was a much bigger job than either of us expected... The moss was a real problem on the roof...But Stefan was very good at explaining every step of the way. He did a wonderful job and the clean up was very well done....Actually it was a great experience and he was there to answer any questions that I had.....We will be using them again in the future..

Did what they said they would do. Roof looks good.

My experience was good. Project went well, can't wait for it to be completely finished.

The words that come first to mind are "conscientious" and "honest." Overall, "professional" describes their attitude. I appreciated being thoroughly advised as to their procedures, and was treated with respect whenever I had a question or concern. When I wanted a change in the original plans, they did as I requested, and with understanding and respect. The work was well done and in a timely manner. And the clean-up was thorough. Now, with my new deck, I no longer worry about my giant dog falling through the rotten wood of the old deck.

Adam and Tim were very friendly and professional to work with. I was very impressed with their turn around of quotes, and their commitment to the job and my satisfaction with it. We have a great deck now on the house and have received many compliments. Neal
