Linda T. Tacoma. Will was excellent to work with! He was very reliable and his work was impeccable! We had him build an overhang, covering our front porch and he did some repairs on our back deck. The overhang is exactly what we wanted! We are very satisfied with the job he did and we will definitely call him for future work.

Most responsive and professional contractor I have encountered in 44 years in Gig Harbor area. Over the years I have had many encounters with 12 rentals to maintain. Will, Don and B were the best to have on site. Clean orderly and my deck was not a straight forward job but they collaborated with me for an excellent outcome. Very pleased with the results and they always arrived as planned. I would certainly recommend and have them again.

Will and his team were friendly and very professional. They were here when they said and performed the work in a timely manner. When the job was complete, there was no debris anywhere around the work area. I would definitely recommend Diversity Construction for any deck work.

I wish the company that the reviews were written about had shown up to do my deck. I emailed the contractor requesting the written warranty over three weeks ago, there has been no reply. A week after the job was complete I got a flat tire Les Swab pulled a long deck screw from my tire. I checked my driveway and found 2 more long deck screw the same kind that is on the deck. Very disappointed. I have other repairs that need to be done in my house I was hopping to find one contractor I could hire for all projects but, it looks like I need to keep looking. Now it is even harder because of how far off the reviews were from what I received.

We have been in business for over 30 years, and rarely - if ever - have we received a review such as yours. We value our fine reputation as well as the quality and intergrity of our work and our work ethic. Our years and years of satisfied clients and excellent projects speak for themselves. Unfortunately, I do not recall the emal you refer to above. As our emailing history with you shows, we respond quickly. Please refer to our previous emails. You are welcome to resend the email in question, and we will promptly respond. Finally, we meticulously remove all materials from the work site after a project is completed. We apologize for the screws you discovered. This is quite rare and we must simply have missed them. We will gladly reimburse you for the cost of Les Schwab removing the screw from your tire. This is a rare occurance and does not fairly represent our work. We work very hard to ensure each job we complete is of highest quality and every customer is very pleased. We hope you have many years of enjoyment with your new deck."

Great build on the deck, they needed to come back and fix a railing to my standard, but it was done and works fine. Always like it done right the first time, should have known, but they made good on it.
