Mr. Toms was hired to build a retaining wall, exactly like one already on my property. Change was made to his liking, not mine. I would have appreciated him letting me know beforehand. He was asked to correct the wall, was not happy and threatened to file a lien for rest of payment. An agreement was made for a solution but, Mr. Toms never showed to complete the job. I have never dealt with an unprofessional contractor as he. I have a bigger mess now.

Do NOT hire Damien Toms for even the smallest of jobs. Our transaction date was 3/21/23, contract signed with Divine Builders Construction for a pool to be built. Per contract it was to be completed by June 1, 2023. Down payment of half the price was paid on 3/23/23 cash amount to Damien Toms.. It is now 7/10/23 and the pool is still not at completion and now he has terminated the contract siting a hostile work environment. He was in breach of contract as of June 1, 2023 and has not completed work he was paid for. Damien Toms has not tried to right the wrong and now has terminated the contract and states he will not be back. He also altered the original contract to appear that his bid for the job was higher than original bid. He has been dishonest, has no integrity to do a good job, he has lied and now has put us in a position of not having a pool and not getting work completed that he was paid for. He has said he would work and never show up, he would make excuses as to why work was not being done. He would say he would do things and would not get the work completed. He is a fraud, liar, and should not be in business.

Damien was very professional and respectful while remodeling our master bathroom. The tile work was awesome. The crew cleaned up every day and finished within a couple of days of their estimate. The price was great and fair. Looking forward to our next project.

This project was at our lake house and although the project took longer than expected Damien was always in contact with us and explaining what was happening. He also went out of his way to add and fix a couple of things at no extra charge. Very honest man and we are very happy with the awning and the way it blended in with the house.

Damian and his crew were very professional and pleasant to be around. They built us a patio area for our fire pit. It turned out just beautiful. We will hire Divine Builders Construction for other projects that might come up.

They were fast and professional! I would hire them again for sure!!

Damian was punctual went right to work took care of grab bars in bath for my 80 yr old mom and fixed electrical wall outlets without making a mess and charged very good price -was honest in what was wrong and how to fix it-highly recommend him and plan to use his svc again
