I had personal and telephone interview with Mr. Myer, we had another personal encounter, we signed the contract, his wife was there also. At no point, Mr. Myers mention that he will turn the job to his son Todd, then, on a later day he mention that he will have Todd come over. Todd was very nice the first day, but left lot of mess, the second day he came with someone else and would throw the cigarette at my garden. Todd left the rebar in my lawn, didn't turn the water faucet and the masonry work was awful. He pressured wash the concrete and never clean the acid wash from my garage door and the front door and screen.

Jerry is reliable, responsive, left the lanai looking great and cleaned up everything. Came on time and went beyond in terms of prepping the area.

I realize it's outdoors, however, wife not happy about the chipped paver[s]. It's an expensive project no matter what way you go, this company was a great value and we would recommend.

Project done right the first time.

Jerry and the crew did an amazing job. They put in 768 sq ft of large pavers for an extended patio, circular firepit area and pad for hot tub. Very reasonable rates and dependable. He has SO MANY jobs he's completed but hasn't had time to put on his website. Definitely takes pride in their work. My husband and I are both realtors and have given his name out twice already. Would trust with any of our clients with them. We have a landscaper that was commenting on the quality of the product they use and even the gravel under neath. So glad we found him and the crew.

Work done was exactly as contracted. Jerry was there when he said he would be and completed the job in the time specified.

We weren't sure if our existing cool deck around our pool could be repaired or had to be replaced entirely so we contacted Jerry to assess the project. He explained to us that cool deck material was no longer used in the pool decking industry as that material had been proven to be substandard. He did however explain to us that he could repair the areas that had "failed" with a base material and then overlay the entire pool deck with an acrylic coating. Not only was Jerry's price for this repair and overlay project reasonable but he was able to fit our project into his busy schedule. When Jerry came out to assess the project, we explained that time was of the essence for our project so Jerry committed to a start date on the quote (weather permitting of course). Jerry's crew began the work on-time and finished within a few days and the pool deck came out very nice once completed.

Jerry made every effort to get the job done quickly, but ran into permitting problems. He did not check out the permitting requirements thoroughly and this caused a delay.

Left my pool full of dirt and ground up leaves. Instead of blowing the leaves off the pavers before he cleaned them, he ran the leaves over with the paver cleaning machine which blew most of the debris into my pool.

we had our driveway front patio and pool deck resurfaced and stained the pool color was very different than anything Jerry had used before, yet it turned out fantastic. He returned my calls every time in timely fashion and was very easy to work with and I am a perfectionist and not always the easiest person to deal with so for me to give this testimonial is very unusual. I highly recommend him to anyone.

We recently bought a house that had a beat-up river rock patio that we were looking to replace with an acrylic patio. We got quotes from 3 or 4 companies, and Jerry came in with the best price. Additionally, he was a pleasure to work for and doesn't come across like a typical 'contractor' like the rest of the estimators did. He did a great job, has tons of knowledge and overall did a great job. Being new to FL, he even pulled me aside a couple of times to point out other things in the area that I may want to do (that had no relevance to his work), and I greatly appreciated that. His crew was on another job at the time, so he ended up doing the entire job at our place by himself, sometimes working some very long hours. TL;DR - Hire Jerry, the price was great and the quality of the work was even better.

Very nice person

Jerry and his team did a great job. I had an old pool deck with dated edge tiles plus a newly added concrete section. It was an eyesore. Jerry and his team retextured the old and new sections making the whole deck look consistent and new. They textured over the dated edge tiles and painted a clean blue offset band giving the deck a modern look. The job was started when promised and finished in under a week. They also installed much needed drains in the deck floor so it does not hold water anymore. The deck looks amazing, I highly recommend this company!

Jerry did a great job coating my back porch the coloring was artfully done better than I expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
