I opted to contract with Divine Electric to install an Enphase EV charger at my home where the Enphase gateway (where it is electrically connected) and area where I park my car is approx. 100 feet away, on the other side of a hilly yard. I was impressed with Juan's detailed approach when he came and discussed the project with me, and even more impressed with Juan, Cameron and George when they teamed up to install the entire system in a day. Not only were they expert in the installation and configuration of the systems but they took extraordinary measures to make sure the installation was beautifully done by running conduit under a deck (had to remove and replace boards) and along a fence line while bending the conduit to nicely fit around the fence poles so none of it is noticeable. The work was done exactly as promised and I highly recommend this Divine Electrical team.

We recently hired Divine Electric to replace the electrical panel in our home, and overall we had a very good experience. The team was professional, showed up on time, and completed the work within the timeframe they had promised. One of my biggest concerns was keeping the house clean, since they needed to open up a larger section of the wall and I was worried about drywall and sawdust getting everywhere. They took my concerns seriously, were very careful, and did a great job keeping the work area clean throughout the project. I really appreciated that. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was a communication issue. Our builder, who is currently working on a remodel in the house, spoke with the electricians about connecting some new wiring to the new panel and provided the wires needed for it. My understanding was that they had agreed to do this, but the work was ultimately not done. When our builder followed up, he was told it would have required a separate service charge and that they would discuss it with me, but unfortunately no one reached out to me about it. I would have been perfectly happy to pay the additional charge to have the wiring completed, so I just wish this had been communicated to me while they were here. It was a relatively small misunderstanding, but better communication would have made the experience a five-star one. Overall, I was very happy with the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and quality of the panel replacement, and I would use Divine Electric again.

Divine Electric was quick to respond to inquiries. It was easy to book an appt and a professional technician was sent on location. Our electrician was Josh and he was absolutely professional, efficient and was diligent in working through the problem. He fixed the issue and was very courteous while he was at our home.

Joseph was on the job when he said he would be here. He is knowledgeable about the issue I presented, but did not try to oversell me on the job. He did notice that an electrical outlet could be improved with not a lot of time or money and which made my system safer. I would definitely hire Joseph and DIvine Electric again when I need them. No work done, but He seemed capable and honest about the fact it was not necessary to proceed, and I appreciate the way the company kept me posted on times and arrangements-will definit4ely use them when needed.
