Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
At first, this young Ron Campbell seemed to be courteous, good response to my concerns, and attentive to getting the job done. Then came the problems---the first night of rain of more than 1/4 inch, the roof leaked in the exact spot of the original problem--even more so--down the wall with ugly stains and swelling. I called Mr. Campbell; He told me he would be out. He didn't show! I called him again. He set a time the next day and spent 20-3- minutes putting on sealant and left. In the next few days, it rained again--I called, he didn't show. This has continued until I sent him a registered letter. He came. The roof stiil leaks!!

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Sent very young crew, who did not clean up after doing work, left trash, debris on floor of room. He was willing to work within our budget constraints and overall provided good customer service. He was also willing to come back and fix any problems relating to the clean up.

very quick response and work was completed within 48 hrs. Very professional. Will definitely use them again if needed. FOLLOW UP- I CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE THE LEAK STARTED AGAIN. AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

They stuck with the project and did a good job for only two men. My only problem was it took 24 days to complete the job.

This guy was awful. He took our money and did not complete the job. The building he constructed we have to tear down and start over. He has cost us so much money. He will not return our calls or emails and gave an excuse about his truck breaking down and did not return or called. I took many pictures . I wish that I didn't have to rate him at all because he would not get a 1 star from me.

HE IS IN THE MIDDLE OF FIXING MY FRONT DOOR AND I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THE WORK. HE LEFT TO START A NEW PROJECT AND I HAVE PAID HIM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF MONEY. HE RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE DOOR PROJECT AND HAS DONE A GREAT JOB. HE HAD TO ORDER A NEW DOOR AND EVEN PAID HALF ON THE NEW DOOR. I BELIEVE THAT MR CAMPBELL HAS TRIED TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY TO PLEASE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS.

Ron came on time and told us what he was going to do. We had some other things that needed fixing and he took care of that also. And he gave us a year warranty on the garage door and 5 years on the roof. But then when the garage door broke again We had some miscommunication . We decided that because of the age of the door opener that I would get a new motor. He came by and put the new one on and then some other problems occurred. It took him 2 more days(nights) to get it right and a couple more trips to the store but when he left tonight I have a garage door that will open and close. All of this at no charge to me(except new motor)

Concrete Foundation - Repair
We had a void under our home foundation caused by a pipe leak. I called several companys to review job,and most didn't want to touch it. We got an estimate of $5000.00 to put 4 25ft piers under our slab from Ram, and our home didn't have any foundation issues , such as bowing walls, cracks in cement. In the end, It only requied a couple of yards of concrete for Ron to fill the void. To think we almost paid $5,000 dollars. I thank Ron for saving us money and walking us through the whole process. He adjusted the amount owed when all the cement wasn't used. He did extra work without charging. GREAT JOB! I feel secure recommending him.

Yes, this company is extremely professional. He worked with my busy schedule and arrived to home as soon as possible. The inspector assesed all the damages and provided an estimated cost for repairs. He provide photos of all the damaged areas within his report. I received my report as quickly as possible. I would suggest ths company services to anyone it is affordable and efficient.

we were very pleased with the promptness of Division 7 and the importance placed on pleasing the customer. We were given a detailed work order to approve for the work we requested, in writing, and statement covering supplies and labor costs for the job(s) to be done. Our first job was a roof repair and the job is completely warrantied as well. We were pleased with that job completion and had Division 7 also do a chimney and fireplace repair as well. We are very satisfied with the work, ethic, and overall experience having Division 7 do this work for us and would highly recommend them to friends. In fact, we have already done so.

Division 7 applicators did not follow through with the completion of job. I have called them 7 times and left four voicemails with in three days and did not get a return call. Stay away from this company. They do not finish what they start.

This was a horrible install. We have had issues for weeks since he first installed the gutters, first he didn't install the downspouts b/c he didn't have them had to come back out, told us he would be back out to fix the leaks we have and there are SEVERAL and have multiple text messages stating he would be back out to repair but excuses excuses ....we have crappy gutters, a headache of dripping leaks and gutters that look like they are going to split apart, OH and out $500. WAY TO GO!!! We have an appt. with a legal team to move forward with a lawsuit, he claimed to have given us all the warranty papers, NOPE....he just did a BAD install.

BBB awarded this claim in division 7 applicators favor."
