Customer service was not great, communication on the project was lacking. I waited four weeks to here back from them to repair some faulty windows. I feel like I was over charged as well

We were not happy with te appearence of the trim on the top of our new bay window. The contractor stayed and made the changes we requested and made sure we were happy before they left. I would recomend them to anyone having new windpws installed.

They did a terrific job installing my walk in tub. The installation turned out to be more difficult than had originally thought, however the end result was great. They also installed gutters which also was terrific. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

I do believe they have a quality product but there sales approach is very high pressure with prices that are inconsistent at best. After reading similar reviews of this company from other web site online the high pressure seems to be a standard practice. Some of there tactics include references available but only for the short time while they are presenting to you in your home, long presentation times (over two hours) and inconsistent information that does not make sense.

A LITTLE MORE COSTLY BUT WELL WORTH IT. THEY OFFER MORE CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS WHICH ALLOWED ME TO DO THE PROJECT WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK.
