"Hello my Name is James Timmons iam the owner of Dixie Pool Service, I wanted to say and let everyone who reads this reviews knows that this rating that this customer gave me is not fair to me and my company. cause the reason being is yes when I sold this customer a swimming pool linier I told them what its been, ever sence I've been doing pools it takes between 3 to 4 weeks before being made and del back to me to install, well the manufacturer called me and sayed now with the covid and everything there are shortages and will now take 2 to 3 months and I told the home owner and they were very upset with me ,cause they had plans and dates and I"

"it was a vinyl liner swimming pool that the homeowner said was install 40 years ago, And that pool is what they call a wood wall pool built out of pressure treated wood.as I was taken the liner out to replace it I seen the track was deteriorating and need to be replaced so I did all the way around the pool and the walls were all rotten had to be replaced and the bottom in the side of the pool was done in Portland cement and sand and vermiculite and also had wooden steps that had to be replaced that's what had to be done before I could even think about putting the liner in"
