We had an excellent experience with Ethan and Lawson of Dixie Restoration and Construction. Ethan started the process for our screened porch & deck expansion and was prompt with an estimate. We had a couple of revisions to our agreement that were worked in without any problems. Lawson was very communicative about the building process and was present and reliable during the construction phase. They also did it the right way by pulling a permit with the city and having it inspected. We were really impressed with the pricing of the job we had constructed at our home, the professionalism and ease of working with Lawson and his team, and the quality of the workers’ craftsmanship.
