Doug was prompt, courteous, professional and skilled throughout the entire job. He called right away to set up an appointment and give me a ballpark maximum for the job. He also provided a courtesy call the morning of the appointment. Doug replaced and resecured an exterior electrical box for an outdoor garage light. He was so quick, that we had him fix another light that was in a similar, but less severe, condition. The cost for the work on both lights was less than the ballpark maximum for one. We couldn't be happier with the work and I made sure to put Doug's contact info right in my phone after he was finished.

Doug is awesome. I sent him on a total goose chase but he straightened me out. Turns out a sump pump is its whole own thing and not the actual water pump. So news to me that. Lovely, patient man.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Doug did exactly what I asked him to do. Kept me informed every step of the way. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. If he needed to do more work, he called. Reasonably priced. Got work done quickly. I needed to get 4 wall outlets and a ceiling outlet working as well as installing a ceiling fan in a VERY OLD house. (1898 I think) VERY happy our paths crossed. Will use him again if the need arises!

Well, top of the list, spot on time, friendly and informative, was not rushed, spent time answering questions. This job was a bit of a puzzle trying to track down a back feed, once that was found, he finished his time doing easy stuff to fill his time rather than leaving. High marks! Doug will be my first call from now on.
