Dmitri came to my home, assessed the problem with my computer and made quick keystrokes to fix my problem. He arrived at the appointed time and had my computer back up to speed in an instant. I am not a tech person but use my computer to pay bills, check mail, research things and do some shopping. When it goes haywire I need a pro. Dmitri is that person. I have added him to my contacts list and will call him again if needed. His fee was reasonable and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work. I am not prone to giving out 5 stars but for me, he earned it. I recommend him to anyone who needs computer support.
