They never did complete the repair. My unit is still not defrosting itself. They never ordered the part they said I needed. They came out and chipped all the ice off the unit. I could have done that.

They did show up late but I was called in advance and was made aware of why they were late and when they would arrive. My technician ( Ismael A. ) was VERY professional and straight forward and did a GREAT job. I would and will recommend this company.

My experience today was superb I must say he knew what he was doing came right in and took care the problem because I was sweating bullets because I had no idea what was wrong just knew it was hot and I needed cool air it took a hour at the most the prices are GREAT compared to most I called this morning he was 100 dollar cheaper 9/06/2016 thumbs up to DNA

Wow!! There are still people that believe in good customer service! A very polite, professional young man came early to fix the AC on my heat exchanger. He called first to let me know he was on the way. He quickly found the problem and gave me that info and a estimate. I gave the go ahead and in no time he had the part needed with him and had my AC working again I will use them again.
