I forget the man's name but he did exactly what I wanted. He didn't get it quite right at first, through misunderstanding. I told him what I wanted and without balking or rebutting he went right back to work, cheerfully and got the job done the way I wanted. I thought the price was a little high for the time spent, but my issue is OVER, so I guess I shouldn't complain.

This contractor abandoned the job. He told me he was sick and could not install my appliances. I told him to let me know when he was well. After a week I called him several times and left a message. He never called me. He should have at least told me he could not complete the job.

He came out within a day. He did a great job!

Karl was wonderful. He had to build and entirely new ventilation system and it was perfect.

I called Do All Services on a weeknight and they came the following day, right when they said they would. Karl did a great job fixing my clothes dryer. He had all the parts he needed with him and finished within an hour. On top of it all, he's a very nice person. I'd recommend him highly to anyone without hesitation.

Gave me an estimate of $250 on a washer that was 13 months old, which I paid $400 new. The estimate was for a timer unit (company wanted $150 for part, I got it new for $73, and it DID NOT fix the problem, problem is with the knob/s. I spent $60 for the service call, $73 for the timer, $21 for Fed-Ex overnight. When it was just the knobs, some service professional.

Karl called immediately, we set appointment and he showed on time. He and his assistant installed a large stainless steel wall mounted range hood for us. He had many challenges but finished up close to his estimate. Very personable and responsible. Thanks again Karl!

mr stephenson is highly reccommendable. he was honest and was prompt. he was not able to fix my problem but he had good reccommendation and he was not money hungry.

Very friendly but extremely expensive. I was under impression cost for labor was going to be 178 but for about 2.50 hrs the total cost was $258, expensive

Karl's demeanor and customer service is top notch. The work area was cleaned up thoroughly after the project was completed and he even hauled it away for me. Karl made sure that all my needs and concerns were met and made solid recommendations on how to improve the end result.

The guys were courteous and prompt. They even had to come back the next day and didn't charge a service fee!! I feel they went over and beyond for me.
