There is a big problem with your review feedback system. For example, I hired "Do It All Construction" but they havent done the work yet...so how can I rate them using your system??? Your feedback system doesnt take this situation into account. I think it should. The work is scheduled for 1-10-04. You can send me another email after that if you wish. But beyond that feedback, I want to compliment your service. I put in my request and received several phone calls from interested parties eager to do the work. Thank you. There were a number of no shows and no calls (well, eventually Jason would call, a day or two later than he was supposed to show up). He does not return calls right away. The work I hired him for was finally finished, two weeks after promised. He is polite and seems to know his trade, but due to his work ethic, he is not someone I feel I can rely on to finish a job on time. After I complained to Service Magic, he did show up on time as promised for the last two days of this job. He is nice and I wish I could call him back for more work, but I would be very uncomfortable about doing so.
