Rico Cole did a great job when he installed our 2 LED chandeliers and a new LED pantry light. His work was very precise and detail-oriented. Great work ethic and a very fair price!

This is an edit from a previous GOOD review I posted for this company, and I am going to explain why. The first time Rico came around, he fixed the initial light bulb/breaker problem we had in the bathroom, so I wrote a glowing review the same day. But then we noticed the next day another breaker wasn't working, this time in the kitchen, so we called Rico back and he fixed the 2nd breaker problem but ended up charging us again claiming it was unrelated to the first issue. Guess what? The very next day ANOTHER breaker stops working (this time under the sink/dishwasher) and at this point I call the number and ask Rico's boss/coworker if they can come by and see if the latest issue was inadvertently caused by the previous fix. He seemed to be understanding and asked me to do a bit of troubleshooting and then call back. The troubleshooting did not work so I call back and get Rico this time on the phone. I simply request he comes back and takes a look at the THIRD breaker issue without charging us again, and he flat out says no, and he vehemently denies that it had anything to do with the previous fix. Look, I get that its a pain to come out to someones house but having stuff break multiple times IMMEDIATELY after you do work for something at the very least would evoke some understanding, especially since I paid a ton of money already. But this has become a very unprofessional and disappointing experience, especially because till today my sink/dishwasher breaker issue is unresolved and sadly I may have to pay someone else more money just to look at it again.
