Do It All Handyman Service

Do it all replaced an old sidewalk for me. Looks good. Good finish on new cement.

Eric did a perfect interior painting job, and refinished some cabinetry.

We had Erik install a backsplash in our kitchen. The end result was horrible. The finishing work was sloppy and unprofessional. Tiles are the grout work is missing in some spots, caked-on other areas, and there are no defined smooth grout lines. It looks like a child did it, but wait a child did part of it. He brought his 11-year-old son to help him for the day. I expressed my concerns, and he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the end result his reply was this. I have a feeling that you wanted a tile specialist, something that costs much more which I replied: What I wanted was someone that was honest about their abilities and stands behind their work. I trusted you to do a job, we provided all the material including the spacers, and expected professionalism. This end result was rushed and is very sloppy. I also asked if he would rectify the situation by getting the grout off the tiles and fixing the tiles by the window that are not straight. We did not receive a reply back. Photos speak a thousand words, take a look in another review. As a business person, I cannot understand how he thinks this is okay or acceptable. If he does choose to rectify this situation. I will update my review.

We had asked for our steps to be repaired for the front of our house. Instead of building the cement steps we wanted, Eric installed wooden stairs and charged $5000 dollars. The bottom was left undone and without any other options we did it our self, did not clean after himself, overall one of the worst construction jobs we have ever hired.

Installed steel siding, gutters and light fixtures on garage. Replaced two windows. Reasonably priced, quality workmanship. Prompt response to emails and telephone calls. Easy to work with. No issues. Highly recommend.

He never uses a drop cloth or cleans up after himself. He mixed his grout in our brand new kitchen sinks and scratched them. He did come back once after we told him but he still did not repair the areas as good as they should be. As far as the sinks his comment was and I quote ( I dont know how I could have scratched them its just collateral damage.)

Very pleasant. Was able to do a wide variety of projects. Made helpful suggestions. Everything looked great when finished.
