Dakota replaced my 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 gallon. He had a couple of choices of heater on his truck at my request and replaced my old heater in about an hour. He even came out a week later at no charge to address a question I had in which everything was working well. Great service. I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Good customer service, professionalism and good price

The company seems very customer-oriented and their customer service is very good. However, in my case, I needed to have my water main replaced. Unfortunately, the plumber was unfamiliar with the way the main connects to the water district line and performed an improper connection. The district has charged me $255 for the improper connection. After contacting Do-It-Right about this they said that they will come out and fix it and compensate me for the water district fine so hopefully, all will be well in the end but I am not yet to that point. So I will reserve final judgment until all is cleared up.

They did the job well but should amp up communication if running late or if there is a time change. The job was done well though. I shouldn't have to call to find out when they would arrive.

Work was done well and in a timely manner. However, knowing the problems normally encountered with these old homes in the Long Beach area I feel the estimate was somewhat disingenuous. I realize that estimators don't want to give sticker shock to potential customers but a hint of possible installation difficulties would have dulled the pain of the necessary extras to contract.
