Ken was awesome . He was professional , neat and tidy and didn’t leave till the job was perfect ..I would use him again a d again ! He installed the Waterdrop Reverse osmosis under the sink filtration system .

James was amazing from first contact to final handshake. James has amazing work ethic and genuinely cares about me as his customer. The job was done correctly, and in a very timely manner. Couldn’t recommend him more. 10/10 would call him again.

Within two hours of my call, he was inside my house fixing my faucet drain. I installed the sink myself, but drains give me issues. He came in and explained the job and got it done quickly and efficiently. Great work!

It only took less than half an hour & it was done. A actually I was suppose to all them back to set up an appointment. Several hours later they called to say they were in the area & asked if they could look at it & gi e me a free quote. I said yes & they were very reasonable so I hired them. They did the job right then & there. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable & I was pleased.

Job was to clean out and repair a 60 ft french drain originally installed to keep rain water away from the house. There was considerable debris in the drain as well as a constriction in the connection to the pipe taking water well away from the house. James and his helper arrived at the appointed time and did an outstanding job removing the debris. The fix for the drain to pipe connection took extra effort, with some juryrigging, to ensure minimal water flow restrictions. That job was far superior to the original install. All in all, the work was well done and I would definitely hire James again.

James is absolutely our plumber moving forward. His perspective from experience working with this neighborhood?s old, cast iron pipes is proven.
