The roof did not get cleaned. She was paid but never completed the work. She had lots of excuses and said she would come back and made promises but did not show up when she said she would. She kept what I paid her and did not do the job. After 4 weeks of texting and phone calls I realized she had no intention of making it right. My mistake was paying her before seeing the results. Too trusting. I don't believe she knows anything about roof cleaning. My neighbors had their roof cleaned and it looks great. I went with her because she had a better price and seemed like a nice young woman . I wanted to give her the business and even recommended her to my daughter (before seeing the results on my roof) She also had a bad experience. My daughter is still trying after weeks to get her to return an attachment for her pressure washer that Kristin's helper carried off. This is the first time I have ever done a negative review. I enjoy giving good reports and paying a businesses when they do a good job. I have learned a lesson from this experience.

We contacted you several times throughout the month in a half that we provided services for you; either you informed us that you weren't home so it wasn't a good time to come by therefore we had to reschedule. Yes, we did have a few issues with our equipment and that was resolved very quickly. We made 4 total trips out to your residence. I will briefly clarify these trips and services more thoroughly for you. 1 of the trips was to provide you with our Pressure Washing Services, which we cleaned the entire outside of our home. Kristina Dobbins & her niece did my pressure washing. They went above & beyond in every aspect. Workmanship, professionalism, price. Everything was great! I highly recommend this company. They are also going to stain my decks, trim some trees & bushes & clean out a flower bed next week. Very nice people.

Kristin was a pleasure to work with. She even called when another client rescheduled and she was able to get me in a day earlier. She explained exactly how everything would be done and what was going to be used. Our siding was extremely moldy and dirty and she did a fabulous job. We are very happy with the result. We were also extremely pleased with her price.
