Mr. Doberman did an excellent job. Included me in all the decisions. I was told information I did not know. No pressure. Very happy with the service. I could have gone for a cheaper price but went with Doberman. As for the wait for the door and spring, there was a minimum requirement, and I was told a better source to get them from, and I am going to be happy in the long run that they will not break so often. Gave me the information I needed to make my decision. The door is heavy, and they went with bigger and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Did what he said he was going to do. I did also have a temporary fix till the job was done. Five-star rating all the way!

Johnathan and his team was great! He was very responsive and flexible when my schedule changed. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem I was having and had my whole garage door system replaced within a couple hours. Amazing company, excellent customer service.

Went online searching for quotes to adjust our garage door and put on a new rubber sleeve about 4 pm. Jonathan responded within 20 mins. Said he could stop by around 6:30 for a quote if that’s okay. Gave us the quote and said he could finish in 1-1.5 hours. He completed the job in the time he said and was very kind and courteous. Excellent job Jonathan! Would highly recommend!
