knew what he was doing but wasn't truthful about how much water heater cost. He priced a rheam waterheater for 850$ and showed up at job with off brand heater I called his supply company and priced the waterheater he brought I could buy it with no contractors discount for 700$. So hehiked the price up at least 25 % on heater plus did not give recpiet for heater for I could send in for warrenty
