Dale Hubert was very informative and explained all the different options when replacing our furnace. He was very low pressure and wanted more than anything to provide the right product and best energy savings for our money. I liked how Doc Dancer sent email reminders of appointment as well as pictures of who would be arriving at my door. Tom Deck and his assistant did an super job on the installation. We received four estimates from local companies and Doc Dancer had the best deal for the money. They were not the lowest bid of all 4 bids but the minor difference in price between the low bidder was the additional things that Doc Dancer provided during the installation that added the value over the low bidder. It has been just about a month since our installation and we are very happy with the performance so far! Thanks Doc Dancer and Team!

I was in a bind as my furnace was broken and could not be repaired, doc dancer was very accomidating getting to me as fast as possible. But the true reason for this review is because of the awesome guys who came to install the furnace ...Tony and Tommy were better than I could have ever hoped for. They were very efficient in work performed, did a super job and worked non stop until the job was complete. The finished job is the most impressive installation I have ever seen, they went out of their way to answer my many questions and made sure to explain every detail of my new furnace.they went out of their way to ask what worked best for me on much of the install...in all I would 100% recommend Doc Dancer to all and would say it is your lucky day if you happen to get Tony and Tommy as your installers.
