Metal Roofing Service
Power washed and painted aluminum siding, soffit, garage door, and front door. Seal coated the driveway. Very pleased with end results. House looks great! 10/10 would recommend.

I hope he repaired the roof. I know he took pictures. I called him for some before and after pics for the insurance company. He said he would send them to me. He didn't. Won't respond to me or the insurance company. Sorry I didn't use a local service. He didn't even take the shingles that were blown off. He blew out of here like a jet to cash the check. Beware of this guy.

"This is completely inaccurate it was a ridge cap replacement for 2,400 he has a mobile home and his insurance company which is State farm reached out to me I provided before pictures and after pictures and my contract as State farm said and as I said the roof needs to be replaced not just the ridge cap they were not willing to replace the whole roof so we did what we were asked to do"

. He initially expressed to me that he could handle a rubber roof for what the roof needed. It would need some type of silicon retarring and I agreed. He said he had some items on his truck to do and finish the job that day, And it was completed an a picture was shown before an after job was done!

"So I feel like I'm just getting bad reviews from another contractor.so I gave you before and after pictures? And I do rubber roofs which uses a silicone coating specifically for rubber roofs but why the one star?"

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Hired Docherty Roofing to fix a leak in my roof. He coated my entire roof, and painted my skylight which was rusty and reattached a gutter that was installed from a previous roofer but wasn’t attached in the front. He told me if there were any leaked going forward, to call him. I have made several attempts to get in touch without and response. He said it has a 2 year warranty. But that doesn’t help me if you don’t answer my calls.

William was very helpful from the start. We had some wind damage to the roof. He came quickly to assess and fix the damage before the next storm was due that evening. He gave us a quote for an entire new roof and we had it installed less than a week later, in one day! The workers were polite and professional and the roof looks great! This project has a 5 year warranty. My roof started leaking a year later but the contractor did not return to repair the roof. I have been trying to reach out to them multiple times but they are unresponsive.

Project : Repair and seal coat a metal roof on a 40 X 75 foot 3 story farm barn William was able to come out within hours of contact in support of my schedule. He surveyed the barn roof, went over the project in detail and answered all questions with no pressure to upsell to a new roof based on his evaluation of roof status and repair needs. He wrote a competitively priced proposal stating what work was to be accomplished including clarifications we requested which was accepted, William and one of his teams were on site within a few days. The team was professional and competent and completed the repair and seal coating of the roof in one long day. They had the right tools for the job in hand ( including a platform lift able to reach the ridge of the barn along its entirety) I am pleased with the work done, price, quick response, professionalism/competence of the team and would hire them again if I had a need.

I paid $800 for nothing. The roof continued to leak after the job was done. I was promised a redo or my money back. He never showed up again, and now my calls and texts are not being answered. Absolutely terrible communication.

"on this project we gave two quotes one for a patch and one for a placement the patch was $800 which was not recommended in the contract that he signed it says should be replaced you never leave a patch exposed always coat after he did not have the funds to coat or replace so we went for the patch I have the contract to prove here at Docherty contracting we always take care of our customers read my other reviews they tell all"

William came out, walked me through everything. I have never had a roof installed so I had a bunch of questions he took the time explained everything took before during and after pictures and his crew installed the new roof in one day I was shocked. I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects
