Doc's Steam Kleen did a really job for us. We had a vent that was clogged by a wasp nest with no air flow and was able to get some air flow to that vent. Whether he was able to remove the whole nest, I'm not sure he did because I think it was in a spot that was difficult to get to. Other than that, he did an excellent job.

The product used took the color out of my furniture. I was told the contractor was a certified upholstery cleaner. My furniture has a film on it and hard, rough places to the touch. I will have to pay another company to correct this mess. At the minimum my money should be refunded. Previously my experience with Home Advisor has been with reputable contractors.

"The furniture I cleaned, (1 sofa and 2 love seat sized pieces including pillows) were carefully vacuumed and cleaned with highly diluted mild upholstery cleaner. After cleaning, all items were hand dried with an upholstery wand, and toweled. Finally everything was hand groomed to improve the look. You stated to me that the black fabric on the decking had color loss due to the product used.. This was impossible since this material was vacuumed, but not wet cleaned, due to the lower quality of the backing fabric. Lastly, I applied a fabric protectant to help the material resist stains. Other work done included cleaning a stained part of carpeting you claimed was caused by another carpet cleaner. Originally you wanted me to clean two area rugs but canceled due to the quoted price. When I was there, you showed me a coffee stain on one of the rugs. I went ahead and removed the stain for free. Overall the time I spent in your home was 4 hours. The film you claim is on the furniture is a mystery to me. I would have liked to see this film but you will not let me, For my own piece of mind, I sprayed the protectant in used on your furniture on a piece of furniture I own and could not replicate any film. At Doc Steam Kleen we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. But since we know no one is perfect, we guarantee your satisfaction. With this in mind, I immediately offered to come out to see and correct the issues you claim. You refused this offer."

Does a very thorough job while being careful not to leave a mess in the house. I had nothing to do when he left. He did a great job on our dryer too. I t was nearly clogged but he cleaned it up and now its just like new.
