I hired Shawn to fix my dryer for $274.00 on 10/24, did not come back until 11/15/19 to fix it and he put in a part and left and a couple of days later I had the same problem, I called to Shawn and he said he would call me with a time and never did, Shawn finally came over and he said it was the timer, Shawn said that the part would be $150 more, he that he would split the cost, now the dryer has wires hanging out and it is sparking, have not been able the reach anybody in the company since

Shawn was great! Kept in touch and took care of business. Price of the part was expensive but then itÂ’s a good dryer so it is what it is. Shawn was tidy and even wore shoe covers to protect my floors!! Great company to work with!

After receiving the part for my refrigerator, the work was completed quickly without a problem. Shawn did an outstanding job. Yes, I would hire him again.
