He said he was a great painter. He is a lousy painter. Made a mess. Doesn't clean up his mess. On the phone all the time. Put hinges on cabinet doors crooked and hung them crooked and made new holes and didn't fill the old ones, just left them. Laundry room looks awful. Doesn't pay attention. Maybe he is good at drywall but I didn't have that done. I sent pictures to HomeAdvisor of his work. And I paid him too.

Richard Ferrer was very profesional and he went beyond our expitation, we ran into a problem that was not his falt, he advised us on the best way to fix the problem and the results were great we would recomend him to others and we will defently use him in the future for other handyman and homere pair projects in the future
